Hello again, well I have finished the fist 9 rows of my poncho and the pattern tells me it is time to change from my 10.5 circular needle to a 11 circular needle.

My first attempt to do this caused many stitches to drop off and I basically started over.

I think I am changing needles out the wrong way. I really do not want to have stiches drop off again.

Do I simply manuever the loops from the 10.5 needle onto the 11 needle or is there another way?
