I understand that Lands End is donating yarn to the Warm Up America group so that 7 X 9 squares can be made (knit/crochet) and then made into a afaghan. How does one obtain the yarn? Is their a guild/club/group in Washington state that is participating? I live near Tacoma, WA. Any information would be helpful. Thank you.

Last year, The Knitting Guild
Last year, The Knitting Guild Association (www.tkga.com) coordinated sending out yarns to knitting guilds, etc. I didn't see anything on its website for 2011. You may want to check with Lands End.
