While we hope your homework will be perfect, your Master Teacher might ask you to rework specific swatches or written assignments because of errors. CYC has an established policy regarding retries.

• The first retry is free
• The second retry is $20
• The third retry is $20
• If a student fails the third retry, they must re-enroll in the program

CYC emails the second- or third-retry invoices, which must be paid in 30 days. However, your Master Teacher will determine how much time to allow you to resubmit the corrected assignment(s). In some instances, the Master Teacher might return a student’s entire portfolio because extensive rework is necessary.
