Hi everyone. Wondering if anyone knows Michaels and CYC official corporate policy on the number of students needed to run a class? Is it standard across all stores or does each store manager get to set the number independently?

Despite promoting my classes and using an email list, I'm rarely able to get more than one student and now my store is saying that I must have 2 students. If this is the corporate policy, then I'll have to quit because the amount of work to promote the classes will negate the small earnings I'll receive from rarely teaching one than one student. Any ideas? To give you an idea, in the last 6 months I think I've taught more than one student 4 times.
