bobble

Hi I am trying a self made pattern. I need to make a bobble so that it is on the right side of my work. that is being able to see it as I go along to make sure the pattern I am doing is lining up correctly.

Can anyone help?

Very novice question about a new skein of yarn

This will seem like a really simple beginner question, but I am really curious. Which end of the skein do you start with, the one that comes out of the middle or the one at the outside of the skein? And is it "skein" or another name?

CROCHETED ARAN AFGHAN

Hi-
I am new to this forum. I've crocheted over 40 years. Recently a neighbor showed me a beautifl crocheted aran afghan she had made quite a few years ago. It is beautiful. I am looking for a similar pattern as she has no idea of the name or where she had gotten the pattern. I'm not sure if it was made in panels. It has popcorn stitches that form a diamond shape in part of the panels. In other parts of the afghan there are front post dc that also form diamonds..very pretty.

Motif..for Baby afghan

Hi everyone I have just started crocheting, I know the basic stitches.

My problem is when I read the pattern I think it is missed the final R
nd 1: With white, ch 4, slst in first ch to form ring. (ch 3 counts as dc), 2dc in ring, ch 2, (3dc, ch2, 3dc), 3 timesin ring, join with sl st in top o ch-3. My question to you am I also to ch 2 then join with slst, because if I go by pattern there is not 4 ch sps.

I so hope that someone out there can answer my question.

Shelly scarf on the internet.....row 1, 4 dc in 4th ch from hook, skip 4chs *shell (5dcs) in nex chain, skip 4 chs, repeat from * to last chain....3 dc in last chain, turn....the end and the beginning are not the same???? you start with chain 19.

Also row 2, chain 3, counts as dc...4 dcs in 1st dc. work shell in 3rd dc of each shell???? The shell would be right next to the 4dcs you just made??/ so sorry for the questions...but it seemed so easy. thanks
